WCP is located in the Waterworks Plaza, across from the Red Robin on South State Street.

Waterworks Plaza consists of twin three-story brick buildings connected by an arch. As you face them from State Street, our building is the one on the right.

There are doors at both ends of the 3135 building; the elevator is in the lobby at the State Street entrance.

Once you are in the building:
take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor
proceed through two sets of glass doors, then turn left
turn right down the first hall
our office will be the second one on your left

Please note that the building is not accessible after regular business hours, or on weekends. If you need to see us after hours please make arrangements with the office.
